It has been a very tough week, starting from stress at work, to heartache of an invisible lover, to Ramadan traditions messing up my sleeping habits, to feeling bad because a really good friend of mine was going through rough times, to getting non stop anxiety attacks from reading the news, and the list goes on and on, but i don't want to complain! it's just NOT my week. and of course, the quiet chilled person i am, ends up with horrific migraines from all that.
BUT! Am blessed with the people i have in my life. my lovely friends gave me awesome support. and i thought i share it with the world, in case somebody is having a bad day.
1- my very good friend and my bundle of joy Roba gave me good advice to chill. and its actually working. I don't have headache today (Even though it was the worst day of the week) she told me :
These are the rules for avoiding trouble while in space, and you must also use them on daily bases and your life would be easier.
Take things easy.
Never move quickly.
Stop and think.
2- my hubby and amazing acting-partner and best friend Shereen sent me this song in the morning. and it actually brightened up my mood. Thank you baby.
